Fytnosis Overview
Fytnosis is a unique combination of fitness and hypnosis to strengthen the mind body connection. Utilising the power of suggestion we can create tailored programs to embed your thinking into your physiology.
Fytnosis it's not quite the same as traditional hypnosis:
• You won't feel hypnotised - as exercise is a form of trance, we use your time exercising to create hypnotic suggestion about health and fitness
• You are in control - you can only accept the suggestions that fall into your own belief system. Some people worry about clucking like a chicken. We certainly won't be suggesting you cluck like a chicken, we'll leave that to the stage hypnotists
•Fixation of attention - we take the time to include dynamic scripts that focus on your inner reality of health and fitness
• Unconscious process - align your inner beliefs with your conscious behaviour
If you've ever been in a situation where you knew you should be doing something other than what you're doing (like exercise as an example) you would have recognised some of the inner dialogue that goes on inside your head. Fytnosis is a tool that can be used to ensure a complete mind body connection so that you do what is right for you at that time.
