Wendy offers a variety of personal training solutions including one-on-one personal training sessions, small group personal training and group fitness/group exercise. A personal training solution can be tailored to meet your individual requirements. 

Sessions are either 1/2 an hour or one hour in duration, used with a comprehensive nutrition system that guarantees results in minimum time.
